Welcome to "The Mecca" - we are the original, the place where it all began. More than 45 years ago, Joe Gold opened a modest fitness center in Venice Beach, California and began a tradition of commitment, passion and dedication that is now practiced at more than 700 locations across the globe.
Once you step inside you will not only realize that you are witnessing something great but also something unlike you have ever seen. The energy is electric and worth every minute of your time spent inside. We are the gym where mediocrity dies and excellence resides.
